Spring / Primavera

 

Spring salad is a delicious mix of selected and tasting vegetables such as curly endive, julienne carrots, corn and green olives. It is packaged in baskets and is an easy meal guaranteed by the quality and the experience of our farm. We cultivate according to sustainable agriculture methods and traditional growing systems which we have been using for over 120 years.

In order to guarantee freshness and excellence of our washed and ready to eat products, just after the harvesting vegetables are carried into the factory where they are processed, selected thanks to the highest technologies, carefully peeled, washed and finally packaged. This method allows our customers to have healthy and fresh product for up to 7 days.

After the opening of the basket, it’s recommended to put the remaining product in a bag fitted for food and put it in the refrigerator. Once opened, it’s recommended to consume the product within 24 hours.
