How to eat: Alone or together with other vegetables, enriched with Parmesan cheese flakes and seasoned with extra-virgin olive oil and lemon juice or balsamic vinegar our unwashed or washed and ready to eat wild rocket can both be eaten with meat and fish. It can also be an inviting meal together with prawns and salmon.
Spicy and intensely aromatic flavoured rocket leaves are carefully analyzed before being harvested and selected, then they are washed, dried and packaged in bags or baskets in order to keep the product fresh for up to 7 days. It is also possible to find it unpacked.
Our wild rocket is cultivated in our farm according to traditional growing systems which we have been using for over 120 years.


Fresh cut in the morning, washed and placed in MAP (Modified Air Packaging) and shipped the same day. Most bagged salads are much fresher than the whole head products you will find in a supermarket. Our wild rocket is grown in tunnels to give us better control over the environment. The product is safer, cleaner and softer than product grown outside.
