This ready to eat salad is an Italian traditional mix of crispy salad leaves combined with the sweet taste of carrots and the slightly bitter taste of radicchio and endive.
To guarantee the freshness and the quality of the produce, the product sorted, a quality check is preformed and the product is washed and packaged, promptly after the harvesting.
