Baby Green Lettuce (Batavia/Cos)

How to eat : Baby lettuce such as Batavia or cos are very suitable to be eaten as a simple salad as a side-dish with meat or fish, mixed lo other vegetables. With salad dressed or with extra virgin olive, Baby leaf salads taste fresh and delicate. It's crispy taste attenuates the strong savor or the most elaborated dishes.

Essential ingredient very suitable lo eat with meat,tomatoes, salami and mozzarella. Baby leaf salads are cultivated in our farm according to traditional growing systems which we have been using for over 120 years.

To guarantee our customer healthy and safe products we have full traceability of each leaf we grow from before we plant the seed until the cultivation and harvesting to the final packing and delivery to the store. Each package has a code that is linked to a database with all the details of each leaf.

INDICATION OF PRESERVATION

After the opening of the packaging, remove excess air, fold the bag and close it with a scotch tape or a rubber band and put it in the refrigerator.
After the opening of the basket, it’s recommended to put the remaining product in a bag fitted for food and put it in the refrigerator.
Once opened, it’s recommended to consume the product within 24 hours.
