Rago Baby Mixed Salad from Italy

 

Fresh cut in the morning, washed and placed in MAP (Modified Air Packaing) and shipped the same day. Most bagged salads are mush fresher than the whole head products you will find in suppermarket. This green and red batavia / cos is grown in tunnels to give us better control over the enviroment. The prouduct is safer, cleaner and softer that product grown outside.

How to eat : very suitable lo be eaten alone as side-dlsh with meat or fish, mixed to other
Vegas and dressed with etra virgin olive oìl the baby salads !aste in fresh and delicate,
it's crispy taste attenuates the strong savour of the most elaborated dishes.
Essential ingredient very suitable to eat with meat, salumi and mozzarella. the new baby
salad is cultivated in our farm accord1ng to tradit1onal growing systens. As a guaranty for
the customer to eat a healdry and genuine produci we respect the full traccability
of the same ranging from the vanety selection, the cultivation and harvesting, to the fina!
packing.

INDICATION OF PRESERVATION

 

After the opening of the packaging, remove excess air, fold the bag and close it with a scotch tape or a rubber band and put it in the refrigerator.
After the opening of the basket, it’s recommended to put the remaining product in a bag fitted for food and put it in the refrigerator. Once opened, it’s recommended to consume the product within 24 hours.
