Our packaging facility covers an area over 10,000 sq.. mt. with a dock loading area with space to load 12 semi trucks. The main packaging facility has in excess of 4000 sq. mt.

We have two new automated lines to cut, clean and package our washed products. Each of these lines has 3 liquid tanks, one for the wash and two rinse tanks to ensure that our products are free of any trace of flavour or odor from our washing agent. These two lines have the capacity of 4,800 bags an hour.

We have four production lines where we hand weigh our unwashed line and each operator is our final inspector to ensure quality products. These lines have the capacity of 10,000 trays an hour.

Our automated system cuts the product,wash, rinses twice, bounces, spin dries, then packages the product into the bags. It is so long it takes two rooms to complete the process.
